Choose your run time for the batteries and the charger that meets your needs.  The WHITE batteries deliver approximately 1-Hour of run time while the GREY batteries deliver approximately 1.5-Hours of run time.  The STANDARD Charger  requires 4-hours to charge while the TURBO Charger does the full charge in 1-Hour.
